This is one type of game that directly uses food within its interface. Food grants energy, reputation, and experience. Ultimately, the gamer will build a kingdom by completing quests; many of which by cooking foods that are generally unhealthy.

Granola and grapefruit are far healthier options for food, and just as easy to incorporate into this game.  Realistically, even, grapefruit and honey are energizing foods, but without the sugar crash and unhealthy side-effects that donuts have.
